Event Details: October 15-17, 2023 | Denver Tech Center | 9 AM - 4 PM daily. On-site interviews with hiring managers, skill assessments, and same-day offers for qualified candidates.
Responsibilities
- Provide real-time chat support across multiple platforms (web, mobile app, social)
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and technical issues
- Maintain detailed case documentation in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex escalations
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, response time, resolution rate)
- Contribute to knowledge base improvements and process optimization
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience (chat/email preferred)
- Exceptional written communication skills with 60+ WPM typing speed
- Proficiency in CRM software (Zendesk, Salesforce) and chat tools
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital environments
- High school diploma; associate's degree preferred
- Available for hybrid schedule (3 office days/week)
- Colorado residency required for in-person event participation
