Responsibilities
- Provide real-time chat support to resolve customer inquiries within 90-second response time
- Document all interactions in CRM systems while maintaining 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot product and service issues
- Identify upsell opportunities through proactive solution-based communication
- Maintain 95% customer satisfaction score through personalized support
- Participate in weekly training sessions to master new products and processes
- Adhere to strict data security protocols during all customer interactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience (chat support highly valued)
- Exceptional written communication with 60+ WPM typing accuracy
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Ability to multitask across 3-4 concurrent chat sessions
- Strong problem-solving skills with analytical thinking
- Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet
- Available to work flexible shifts including evenings (3 PM - 11 PM)
