Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via live chat with 95%+ satisfaction rates
- Maintain detailed case notes in CRM systems for seamless handoffs
- Collaborate with escalation teams on complex technical issues
- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities
- Adhere to SLA metrics with average response time <90 seconds
- Participate in bi-weekly training sessions on product updates
- Support after-hours rotation (1 weekend/month)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
- Minimum 55 WPM typing accuracy
- Proficiency in Zendesk/Intercom platforms
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in high-volume environments
- Philadelphia PA residency required (local hiring only)
