Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt, professional customer support via live chat, email, and knowledge base
- Resolve technical inquiries, billing questions, and account issues

- Collaborate with Tier 2 support teams for complex escalations
- Proactively identify process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
- Adhere to SLAs while maintaining quality metrics (CSAT, FCR)

Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer support experience (chat/email preferred)
- Exceptional written communication with 50+ WPM typing speed
- Proficient in CRM tools (Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with patience and empathy
- Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home office setup
- Must reside in Dallas, TX or Georgia with flexible availability
