Responsibilities
- Provide real-time chat support to resolve technical inquiries, billing issues, and product questions
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining detailed case notes
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate complex technical issues
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience workflows
- Maintain deep knowledge of product features and troubleshooting protocols
- Support quality assurance initiatives through chat transcript reviews
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer support experience in digital channels
- Exceptional written communication with 60+ WPM typing proficiency
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Intercom, or similar chat support platforms
- Strong problem-solving abilities with technical aptitude
- Ability to multitask across 3-4 concurrent chat sessions
- Availability to work rotating weekends/holidays (4x10 schedule)
- Experience in SaaS or fintech industries preferred
