Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming chat inquiries with accuracy and a positive tone.
- Resolve customer technical issues and account concerns through real-time dialogue.
- Document all interactions and update customer records in CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve product bugs.
- Adhere strictly to company service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of our products to provide accurate, expert guidance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support, technical support, or live chat environments.
- Excellent written communication skills; ability to convey complex information simply.
- Proficiency in using helpdesk software and CRM tools.
- Strong typing speed (minimum 45 WPM) and multitasking abilities.
