Responsibilities
- Handle 50-80 inbound/outbound calls daily with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve customer inquiries using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Meet/exceed KPIs including CSAT scores and first-call resolution
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and Zendesk
- Collaborate with support teams on complex account issues
- Participate in monthly training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service/call center experience
- Minimum 45 WPM typing speed with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
- Passion for problem-solving in high-volume environments
