Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ daily inbound/outbound customer calls with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve complex billing, technical, and account inquiries using CRM systems
- Meet/exceed KPIs including CSAT scores, AHT, and first-call resolution rates
- Document interactions accurately and maintain detailed customer records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues
- Participate in ongoing training to master product knowledge and service techniques
- Contribute to process improvements through feedback and innovation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years call center or customer service experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed
