Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve inquiries and troubleshoot issues using CRM systems

- Participate in ongoing training and skill development
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish
- Ability to type 30+ WPM with basic computer proficiency

- Reliable transportation to our Gateway West facility
- No call center experience required – training provided
