Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account updates in the CRM database.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to meet performance targets.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with team leads and support departments to resolve complex escalations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.
- Proficient in typing (35+ wpm) and navigating computer software.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
