Responsibilities
- Handle 80+ inbound/outbound customer calls daily with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing, technical, and account inquiries using CRM systems
- Meet/exceed quality metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT) through continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex escalations
- Participate in ongoing training to master product knowledge and communication skills
- Maintain detailed documentation of all customer interactions
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer experience
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment with empathy
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible schedule including evenings/weekends as needed
- Must pass background check and drug screening
