Responsibilities
- Perform efficient loading and unloading of goods using industrial equipment (Forklift certification preferred).
- Conduct accurate inventory counts and stock organization within the warehouse.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment in strict compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Operate scanning devices and inventory management software to track shipments accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Assist in packaging and labeling orders for local and regional distribution.
- Adhere to strict quality control standards for all incoming and outgoing merchandise.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States immediately.
- Ability to work full-time hours on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Tampa, FL facility.
- Pass a background check and drug screen.
