Responsibilities
- Efficiently load and unload freight trucks to maintain timely shipping schedules.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and organize stock in designated zones.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals and quality standards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in logistics or warehousing is a plus.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging inventory.
