Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, and stocking inventory with precision and efficiency.
- Utilize handheld scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to maintain accurate inventory records and data integrity.
- Collaborate closely with the weekday shift management team to ensure seamless operational handovers and continuity.
- Maintain a high standard of safety compliance, keeping the workspace organized and adhering to all OSHA regulations.
- Assist in loading and unloading shipments, ensuring weight limits and safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Perform cycle counts and identify discrepancies to support inventory accuracy initiatives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a warehouse environment.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Proven track record of reliability and consistent attendance.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) as part of a full-time schedule.
