Qualifications
- Associate's degree in healthcare or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2+ years of healthcare coordination experience
- Valid Oklahoma state nursing or medical certification
- Exceptional weekend flexibility and reliability
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Advanced proficiency in EHR systems
- BLS/ACLS certification required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
