Responsibilities
- Plan and execute 10-15 weekend community events monthly across Texas markets
- Coordinate vendor logistics, permits, and venue partnerships
- Manage on-site event operations including setup, attendee flow, and breakdown
- Train and supervise 5-8 weekend event staff per shift
- Track KPIs: attendance, revenue targets, and customer satisfaction scores
- Develop post-event reports with actionable insights
- Collaborate with marketing team on promotional strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years in event management or hospitality coordination
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing teams of 5+ people
- Proficiency in event planning software (Eventbrite, Cvent)
- Ability to work weekends and occasional holidays
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic budget management experience
