Responsibilities
- Manage attendee registration and ticket scanning at event entrances
- Distribute promotional materials and maintain brand visibility
- Assist with crowd control and guest inquiries
- Set up/break down event booths and signage
- Track inventory and manage sample giveaways
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure smooth operations
- Submit shift reports via mobile app within 24 hours
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and/or Sundays (8am-6pm shifts)
- Strong customer service orientation
- Reliable transportation to SF event locations
- Basic smartphone proficiency for app usage
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours
- Positive attitude in fast-paced environments
- 18+ years old with valid ID
- Fluent English communication skills
