- Coordinate patient care plans and weekend service delivery across multiple departments

- Conduct weekend patient assessments and monitor treatment progress
- Maintain inventory and equipment for weekend medical operations

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Health Science or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2+ years healthcare coordination experience with weekend availability
- Current CPR/BLS certification and state licensure required
