Responsibilities
- Delicate patient care including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and wound care
- Maintain detailed patient records using our advanced EHR system
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans
- Assist with patient mobility and daily living activities
- Respond to emergency situations following established protocols
- Provide emotional support to patients and families during weekend shifts
Qualifications
- Active Florida CNA or Medical Assistant certification
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs
