Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care plans and weekend staffing schedules for assigned facilities
- Conduct weekend patient assessments and update medical records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Respond to weekend emergencies and implement crisis intervention protocols
- Train and supervise weekend healthcare staff and volunteers
- Prepare weekend shift reports for weekday handover

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
- 2+ years of healthcare coordination or clinical experience

- Strong weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts required)
