Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun) with rotating weekday availability
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient records accurately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA compliance and healthcare regulations
- Respond to emergencies and perform triage assessments with precision
- Participate in continuous training to stay updated on medical advancements

Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (RN) or related healthcare field
- Active Virginia state nursing license or relevant healthcare certification
- 2+ years of clinical experience in hospital or outpatient setting
- Strong weekend shift flexibility with ability to work 12-hour shifts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- BLS/CPR certification and ACLS preferred
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems (EHR)
