Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care during Saturday and Sunday shifts
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient records accurately and maintain HIPAA compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless care coordination
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
- Participate in weekend staff meetings and continuing education
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current MA state licensure (RN, LPN, or CNA)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays
- Electronic health record (EHR) proficiency
