Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care plans and treatment schedules across weekend shifts
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and screenings
- Administer medications and monitor patient vital signs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for seamless care transitions
- Maintain accurate electronic health records with HIPAA compliance
- Provide patient education on chronic disease management
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Nursing or Healthcare (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2+ years clinical experience in weekend healthcare environments
- Current Florida nursing license or medical certification
- Advanced proficiency in EMR systems (Epic/Cerner)
- Exceptional communication and crisis management skills
- Flexibility to work 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM weekend shifts
- BLS/CPR certification and ACLS preferred
