Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care during weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Conduct thorough health assessments and diagnostic procedures
- Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Coordinate with weekday staff for seamless continuity of care
- Participate in weekend on-call rotation for urgent patient needs
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and weekend-specific protocols
Qualifications
- Current Texas RN license or equivalent healthcare certification
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience in acute or ambulatory care
- Strong weekend availability and commitment to weekend-only schedule
- Advanced proficiency in EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- BLS/ACLS certification required
- Demonstrated ability to work independently during off-peak hours
- Excellent communication skills for weekend patient handovers
- Spanish bilingualism highly desirable
