Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care services during weekend shifts, ensuring seamless continuity of care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Monitor patient vitals, administer medications, and document clinical observations with precision
- Educate patients and families about health maintenance and preventive care strategies
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA regulations and hospital protocols

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field (BSN preferred)
- Current California nursing license (RN) or relevant healthcare certification
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in hospital or outpatient setting
- Valid BLS/CPR certification
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
