Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care across weekend shifts ensuring seamless continuity of services

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years healthcare coordination experience with weekend shift exposure
- Strong proficiency in EHR systems (Epic or Cerner certification a plus)
- California state healthcare coordinator license in good standing
- Proven ability to manage high-pressure weekend operational scenarios
