Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate weekend shift healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care
- Manage staff scheduling, assignments, and performance evaluations
- Implement safety protocols and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations
- Resolve patient concerns and escalate issues as necessary
- Conduct shift handovers and maintain accurate documentation
- Train and mentor new team members on weekend-specific procedures
- Monitor facility operations and address operational challenges promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of healthcare or shift supervision experience
- Valid California healthcare certification (CNA, LVN, or equivalent)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Exceptional communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Basic knowledge of healthcare compliance standards
