Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care plans across multidisciplinary teams during weekend shifts
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Document clinical observations and patient progress in electronic health records
- Collaborate with emergency response teams for urgent patient situations
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and regulatory standards
- Train and mentor new weekend staff members
- Conduct weekend patient discharge planning and follow-ups
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Nursing or Allied Health required (BSN preferred)
- Current Ohio healthcare license/certification in good standing
- Minimum 2 years weekend shift experience in clinical settings
- Advanced proficiency in EHR systems (Epic/Cerner preferred)
- Strong crisis intervention and critical thinking abilities
- CPR/BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills across diverse populations
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
