Responsibilities
- Delight patients with compassionate care during weekend shifts
- Assist nurses with clinical procedures and patient monitoring
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR)
- Coordinate patient flow and appointment scheduling
- Prepare exam rooms and sterilize medical equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service to diverse patient populations
- Participate in weekend team huddles and training sessions
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant (MA) required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
- Weekend availability mandatory (Saturday/Sunday)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Michigan state healthcare license
