Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) with on-call availability
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized treatment plans
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient progress accurately
- Respond to emergencies following established protocols and ACLS/BLS guidelines
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and electronic health records (EHR) proficiency
- Participate in weekend rotations with 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm)
- Lead patient education sessions and discharge planning
Qualifications
- Current CA RN license or equivalent healthcare certification
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience with weekend/holiday availability
- BLS/ACLS certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems and telehealth platforms
- Strong critical thinking skills for autonomous decision-making
