Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vitals and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams for coordinated treatment
- Provide patient education on health management and preventive care
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
Qualifications
- Active RN, LPN, or CNA license in Florida
- 2+ years of clinical experience in hospital or long-term care
- ACLS/BLS certification required (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to cover rotating holiday shifts
- Proficiency with EMR systems (Epic preferred)
