Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6am-6pm)
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Coordinate with on-call physicians and emergency services
- Assist in patient admission/discharge procedures
- Monitor vital signs and respond to patient needs promptly
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Qualifications
- Current FL RN/LPN or CMA certification required
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification (must maintain current)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make clinical judgments
- Weekend availability mandatory (no exceptions)
- EMR/EHR proficiency (Epic experience preferred)
