Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Coordinate treatment plans with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Administer medications and monitor patient vitals accurately
- Maintain detailed electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Educate patients and families on care plans and preventive measures
- Respond promptly to emergency situations following protocol
- Collaborate with on-call physicians for critical decision-making
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field
- Current Pennsylvania state healthcare license/certification
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in hospital/clinic setting
- Strong proficiency in EHR systems (Epic/Cerner preferred)
- BLS/CPR certification and ACLS certification
- Ability to work independently during weekend coverage
- Exceptional communication and crisis management skills
