Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient assessments and personalized care plans during weekend shifts
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care teams to ensure continuity of treatment across all days

- Maintain accurate electronic health records with timely documentation
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism and rapid intervention

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Nursing or Allied Health (required), Bachelor's preferred
- Current Illinois license and CPR certification (BLS)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in acute care or specialty practice
- Proven ability to work independently in high-pressure weekend environments
- Exceptional communication skills with diverse patient populations
- Advanced proficiency in electronic medical record systems (Epic preferred)
- Flexibility to work variable weekend shifts as needed
