Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care during weekend and overnight shifts
- Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and record maintenance
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations
- Adhere strictly to HIPAA compliance and safety protocols
- Support facility operations during low-traffic periods
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to work flexible weekends and nights with reliable transportation
- Basic computer proficiency and medical terminology knowledge
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous healthcare or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
