Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend front-of-house operations including guest services, event coordination, and team management
- Implement service excellence standards to maintain 95%+ guest satisfaction scores
- Train and mentor weekend staff on hospitality protocols and emergency procedures
- Manage inventory, scheduling, and payroll for weekend shifts
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless operations handover
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
Qualifications
- 3+ years in hospitality management with weekend shift experience
- Proven leadership skills with team development track record
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work exclusively weekends (Sat-Sun 10am-10pm)
- Texas Food Handler and Alcohol Server certification required
- Proficiency in hospitality management software (e.g., Opera, POS systems)
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional vendor runs
