Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend operations including staff scheduling and inventory management
- Train and mentor weekend team members on service standards and safety protocols
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with exceptional professionalism
- Monitor venue performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless operational handovers
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop weekend-specific promotional events and activities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hospitality or customer service management experience
- Proven ability to work flexible weekend schedules (Saturday/Sunday)
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Knowledge of POS systems and hospitality management software
- Valid Oregon food handler's certification
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Local Portland area residency preferred
