Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend operations, including warehouse activities, inventory management, and distribution coordination
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 weekend staff, providing guidance and performance feedback
- Implement process improvements to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements during weekend shifts
- Coordinate with weekday managers to maintain continuity and operational alignment
- Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports for senior leadership
- Manage weekend vendor relationships and service level agreements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Management (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years in operations management with weekend/holiday availability
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development experience
- Expertise in warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics software
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible weekends with occasional holiday shifts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
