Responsibilities
- Supervise weekend warehouse operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and quality control
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 weekend associates, ensuring productivity and compliance with safety protocols
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics between weekend and weekday teams for seamless operations
- Implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Conduct daily performance reviews and provide actionable feedback to team members
- Manage weekend budget allocation and resource planning
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries and operational issues with urgency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or Business Administration (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in operations/supervisory role with weekend/holiday availability
- Proven track record in team leadership and performance optimization
- Advanced proficiency in logistics software (WMS, TMS) and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- OSHA certification and knowledge of safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, nights, and holidays
