- Lead all weekend retail operations (Saturday & Sunday) across multiple store locations
- Manage and mentor weekend staff scheduling, training, and performance optimization
- Drive sales growth through strategic merchandising and customer engagement initiatives
- Implement inventory control systems and loss prevention protocols
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless operational handovers
- Analyze weekend sales data and develop actionable improvement strategies
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of retail management experience with weekend scheduling expertise
