Responsibilities
- Manage daily weekend shift operations including staff scheduling and inventory oversight
- Train and mentor part-time associates on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences through proactive engagement and issue resolution

- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and safety protocols

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience in supervisory role
- Proven ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Flexible availability for all weekend shifts (Saturdays and Sundays)

- Valid New York State driver's license (for occasional store transfers)
