Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate weekend retail teams to achieve daily sales targets
- Execute inventory management and visual merchandising standards
- Resolve customer inquiries with exceptional service excellence
- Train and onboard new weekend staff members
- Monitor store operations during weekend peak hours
- Implement safety protocols and loss prevention measures
- Process end-of-day transactions and reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail supervision experience
- Proven weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Basic inventory management knowledge
- Valid California work authorization
- Proficient in POS systems (Square/Shopify preferred)
- Reliable transportation to downtown SF location
