Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend logistics operations across 3 fulfillment centers in the Minneapolis metro area
- Lead and mentor a team of 12-15 weekend associates through daily performance coaching
- Optimize inventory management systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy rates
- Implement process improvements to increase weekend efficiency by 15% annually
- Resolve escalated customer issues within 2-hour SLA timeframe
- Generate weekly performance reports for senior leadership review
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years in warehouse/operations leadership with weekend scheduling exposure
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active preferred)
- Valid Minnesota driver's license with clean driving record
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Fri-Sun) with occasional holiday coverage
