Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend operations including staffing, inventory, and workflow coordination
- Train and mentor weekend team members on safety protocols and performance standards
- Resolve operational challenges and implement process improvements
- Conduct quality assurance checks and maintain compliance with OSHA regulations
- Prepare detailed shift reports and communicate critical updates to management
- Collaborate with weekday supervisors for seamless operational handovers
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Operations Management or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development track record
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Advanced proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to work flexible weekends and occasional holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
