Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 team members during weekend/night shifts, ensuring efficient workflow
- Monitor inventory management systems and conduct cycle counts
- Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate with day-shift supervisors for operational handovers
- Train new associates on equipment operation and warehouse procedures
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns
- Prepare shift reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Valid forklift certification
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
