Responsibilities
- Lead weekend operations team of 15+ personnel across multiple shifts
- Optimize logistics workflows to meet 99.5% on-time delivery targets
- Coordinate inventory management and warehouse activities
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance
- Resolve operational escalations and client concerns within 2 hours
- Generate performance reports and process improvement recommendations
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or related field
- 5+ years experience in logistics/supply chain management
- Proven leadership in weekend/shift-based operations
- Advanced proficiency in WMS and TMS systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
