Responsibilities
- Manage weekend operations across 3-5 high-traffic Chicago locations
- Coordinate 10+ team members during peak weekend hours
- Implement service excellence protocols to exceed client expectations
- Optimize weekend inventory and resource allocation
- Generate weekly performance analytics for leadership review
- Resolve escalated customer issues with professionalism
- Train weekend staff on operational procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years in operations/supervisory roles
- Proven weekend shift management experience
- Strong Chicago market knowledge preferred
- Proficient in inventory management systems
- Excellent conflict resolution abilities
- Valid Illinois driver's license
- Flexible availability (6 AM - 10 PM weekends)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
