- Manage weekend client communications and service inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Coordinate logistics for weekend events and operational activities
- Maintain accurate documentation of weekend transactions and customer interactions
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Monitor inventory and resource allocation during weekend shifts
- Resolve customer issues with professionalism and efficiency
- Prepare end-of-shift reports and handover summaries
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service or administrative experience
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
