Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Lead cross-functional teams to maintain service level agreements during weekend shifts

- Conduct quality control audits and resolve operational discrepancies
- Collaborate with weekday managers to ensure continuity of operations
- Train and mentor weekend staff on safety protocols and company procedures
- Generate weekend performance reports and data-driven recommendations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations management
- Proven leadership experience with weekend or shift-based teams
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills with bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
