Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend store operations including inventory management and customer service excellence
- Lead and mentor weekend staff to ensure optimal performance and team cohesion

- Analyze sales data and implement action plans to meet weekend targets
- Coordinate with weekday management teams for seamless operational continuity

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail or hospitality management experience
- Proven track record of leading weekend teams during peak hours

- Available for consistent Saturday/Sunday shifts (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)
